CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
All Sales, Health, Personal care, and all frozen products for Safety and hygiene reasons are non-returnable. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, We will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund. If you wish to return any products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery, Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed once the item has been returned. Items must be return back via recorded delivery or with proof of delivery.
